What are the payment options?

We accept credit and debit card payments through our website and we also offer payment through PayPal, Venmo and Stripe.

We do not have an option for gift cards at this time, although VISA, MC and AMEX Gift Cards can be used like a debit or credit card for any of our payment options.

What is your return policy?

We try hard to accurately represent all of our items and provide pictures to help you with your purchase decisions. However, we know that mistakes happen or that sometimes an item just does not work out.


If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 10 days of receipt of the item(s). We will do our best to make it right either by allowing you to return the item for a full refund, or offering an adjustment via a partial refund or credit toward a future purchase. 

What happens if my item is lost or damaged by the carrier?

We ship our items throughout the US only via USPS, FedEx and UPS. While all of these carriers are excellent, sometimes things do happen and a package is lost or damaged. Please check to see if your chosen method of shipping includes coverage by the carrier or consider purchasing insurance to cover your item(s) in transit.


Lil' Threads is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen once they have been accepted by the carrier.
